WMS Rules Workbench Does Not Honor Source Type Setup For WIP Component Pick Release (Doc ID 2126374.1)

Goal

WIP Component pick release uses the correct WMS rule until the Rules Workbench is changed to criteria Transaction Source = Job or Schedule and then it stops using the rule.

We need to set the transaction source on the rules workbench so that sales order picks won't use the component pick rule.. How can we achieve this?
