Symptoms
When propagating changes using OMD action Propagate changes, at event ORDER - MODIFIED, the shipments do not get updated with the new changes brought at the order release level
It is expected to have the changes propagated when these are brought at the OR level and when having agent configured in order to propagate them at the shipment level.
