Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to update element link through API(PAY_ELEMENT_LINK_API.UPDATE_ELEMENT_LINK), the following error occurs.

ORA-20001: HR_FLEX_VALUE_MISSING: N, COLUMN, SEGMENT1, N, PROMPT, Company

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run the API(PAY_ELEMENT_LINK_API.UPDATE_ELEMENT_LINK).
  2.  Error occurs.
