OEXOEORD: Unable to Use Item Relationship Defined Because Related Items Button is Grayed Out (Doc ID 2127227.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to use item relationship defined.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the Related Items tab to be available.

STEPS
1. Via the Order Management Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders.
3. Enter a Sales Order.
4. Go to the Lines and enter a Line Item for which there should be an Item Relationship. Have setup Item Relationship but, when enter sales order, the Related Items tab is still greyed out.
