Symptoms
From the Order Release record, view related remarks action is invoked. It is observed that data is not in a readable format
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query up the Order Release in the finder page
2. Use smartlink and click view related remarks
3. The data in the resulting page is not readable
