Symptoms
A Location is created with a Corporation that includes a VAT Registration ID. This location is used on a planned shipment. When a TenderOffer is sent for this shipment (using a MAX Out XML Profile), the VAT Registration ID is not included on the following XML Path:
TenderOffer/Shipment/Location/Corporation/VatRegistration/VatRegistrationGid/Gid/Xid
