Shipment tracking events are being entered from the Shipment Action (UI), however during this action OTM uses the domain parameter set which does not allow orders with different commodities to bundle, rather than the shipment parameter set which allows. Hence the action fails with error
Commodities are not compatible.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Having a shipment built for two order releases, each carrying items with different commodities
Having a domain parameter set that does not allow different commodities to be bundled
Having a shipment parameter set that does allow commodities to bundle
1. Navigate to Shipment >>Actions>>Add Shipment tracking events
2. Notice the error in the logs
