Symptoms
RIQ With NMFC Code, Picks the right Rate Record But Unrelated Cost From another Rate Record that has different geography but shares the same Rate Offering. OTM looks at the unrelated rate record because it has a valid NMFC range.
The NMFC code details (low,high,rate as) are getting picked from unrelated rate records (which are not configured for the same lane) specified under the same rate offering.
