OPM 11i to 12.2 Migration Errors Because LAB Organization Was Not Migrated (Doc ID 2130195.1)

There are many error messages such as the following from the migration:

Organization Code was not migrated. Organization Code is LAB.
Field Name is QC_LAB_ORGN_CODE.
Record Key is SAMPLE_ID.
Record Value is XYZ.

This is because the LAB organization was not migrated, but LAB was used as the Quality Laboratory on samples.
