R12.2.4 During Edit Requisition line update, The Look Ahead Not Working (Doc ID 2130203.1)

Symptoms

During Edit Requisition line update , No look ahead is functioning .Ex: Category , Requester, Deliver to Location .
The Deliver to Location or Requestor LOV does not pop up the first time. It does appear if tried a  the second time.

Once the LOVS opens all the Requestors or Locations in the LOV display  ,but when  selected  from the LOV and click the apply ,the page  hangs .

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to non catalog request
2. Add to cart
3. View cart and checkout
4. Edit
5. Select line and click update button Look ahead for  Requester LOV,   Deliver-To Location LOV
