Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Below error populated while saving the repair order from depot repair form.

Message(s) from Order Management : (ORA-00972: identifier is too long
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ASO_UTILITY_PVT", line 62
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ASO_PARTY_INT", line 2609
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception)

Private API: CREATE_ORDERstart

You cannot update column customer_reciprocal_flag.

Error returned in ASO_CHECK_TCA_PVT.CUST_ACCT_RELATIONSHIP.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
No error should populate while saving the repair order from depot repair form.

STEPS
1. Login to Oracle Apps.
2. R) Depot Repair Manager -> Create Repair Order
3. Enter the Service Request and repair order details and save the record.
4. Above mentioned error will populate.
