Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, When attempting to create a new discrete job, the following message/error is observed
In the application status bar, the following message is displayed "Scheduling job and creating material requirements" and the form hangs.
In FND Log the following error is observed
Session <session_number>: info: unexp error:ORA-00001: unique constraint (WIP.WIP_REQUIREMENT_OPERATIONS_U1) violated wip.plsql.anonymous
Session <session_number>: ORA-00001: unique constraint (WIP.WIP_REQUIREMENT_OPERATIONS_U1) violated in Package wip_bomRoutingUtil_pvt Procedure explodeBOM wip.plsql.anonymous
Session <session_number>: [end wip_bomRouting_pvt.createJob] wip.plsql.anonymous Session 443489: return status: U
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work in Process
2. Navigation: Discrete->Discrete Jobs
3. Create new discrete job with assembly that will reproduce the issue.
4. Save.
5. The aforementioned error appears.
