Symptoms
Unable to remove ship unit entries from user defined patterns.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Operational Planning -> Load Config -> Load Configuration 3D Pattern
2. Search for any user defined pattern
3. Try to delete that latest ship unit.
