R12 Cannot Remove Finish Date From Project Tasks In PAXPREPR Form

Symptoms
We are unable to remove the end-dates from the Project Tasks in Projects form PAXPREPR as we receive the following error message:
When we check the task again, Task End Date is still available and not allowing us to end-date even after multiple attempts.
This occurs only when there are high number of tasks and trying to modify entire list of tasks at once.
