Symptoms
Multiple Rates are configured for LTL with the same Rate Service using Carrier Connect. As a result, they have different Service Times. The cheapest of the two rates is time infeasible and the more expensive (yet feasible) is cheaper than a rate from another Transport Mode.
When planning an Order Release, the rate assigned to the shipment is assigned the rate from the other Transport Mode instead of using the second LTL rate.
