Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Inventory Transactions

Records stuck in the table MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE with error stating that the distribution account is not valid for the given organization.

Error

Invalid distribution account

Steps

1. Interface Trip Stop creates records in MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table
2. Navigate: Inventory > Transactions > Transactions Open Interface
3. Find records stuck in the interface table with error code as " Invalid distribution account"
