Unable To Save Item Changes after step 4.4 in the upgrade from 11i to 12.2.4
After apply the patch in the step 4.4 of the document "Checklist for Process Manufacturing Migration from Release 11.5.10 to R12.1 or Higher" version 3.16
Unable to Save updates to the Item. When trying to apply any change in the item, when saved the record nothing happens so we try to close the form and the system asks if the User wants to save the changes we click in YES but the changes do not apply, there is no error, and the record does not update.
If the User chooses 'No', it will just close the form, without update, as expected.
Also, cannot create a new item as the application will not allow us to save the record.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-Inventory>Items>Master Items or Org Items
-Try to create an item or update an item it does not save, no error messages
