Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After setting the property glog.log.suppressAll=true, the customer is unable to start the application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After setting the property glog.log.suppressAll=true, the customer should be able to start the application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the property glog.log.suppressAll=true
The application is not starting anymore.
