Incorrect Number Of Location Resources Displayed When Scheduling Appointments (Doc ID 2133597.1)

Symptoms

When using Schedule Appointment, Show Options for one Stop Location of a Shipment, when selecting a Start Date and an End Date, the number of Resources that are being shown is incorrect.
One of the Resources is not being displayed although it is available during the same time as one from the list.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Shipment Management, Shipment Management, Buy Shipments
2. Search for a shipment
3. Go to Actions, Operational Planning, Dock Scheduling, Schedule Appointment, Stop Location
4. Press Show Options
5. Enter a Start Time (Many options are shown.)
6. Select a Start Time and End Time

Not all options are shown.
