ETL_LOAD_TYPE Flag Has F At First For Incremental Load (Doc ID 2134199.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.1 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The load process is stamping the load type column as 'F' or 'I' depending on if it is full load or incremental load defaults as F at first.

ETL_LOAD_TYPE value is updated once graph is completed. Initially its value is F only.

This will give incorrect picture for In-process jobs. All inprocess jobs, will look as FullLoads.

Also if any job is killed from Integrator, it will be stamped as F only in audit table.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to have the ETL_LOAD_TYPE value with correct value since the beginning.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the incremental load
2. Check the ETL_LOAD_TYPE value
