Symptoms

 When do an Internal Sales Order transfer (CSIINTSR / Intransit Receipt) when the revision control is set at organization level,  from a revision control organization to a non-revision control organization, or from a revision controlled org to another revision controlled org, the receiving transaction has following error in IB interface:

ERROR: The source item instance &item_id, in Subinventory &subinventory_name, for Organization &organization_id in Oracle Install Base does not exist. Please verify that any receipt transactions were successful.

 or

When do an Inter-Org direct transfer from a revision control organization to a non-revision control organization.  The transaction has following error in IB interface

 The passed Inventory Revision(&revision) is Invalid or it does not exists in the Inventory Revisions Tables.'
