Special Characters Are Not Persisting To The Database With The Same Format When Importing Via CSV (Doc ID 2134653.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When loading data through CSV files (where the data contains special characters like 'Ü'), the special character is displayed as the following within the user interface and the database:



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the CSV upload maintain the format for special characters.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Business Process Automation -> Integration Manager -> Integration Manager -> Upload a CSV file
2. Select a CSV file containing special characters (ex. Ü)
3. Upload the file.
4. View the data through the application user interface and the special character will be displayed as '¿'
