FRM-40815:VARIABLE GLOBAL G_ASSIGNMENT_ACTION_ID Does not Exist - When Run Payroll Archive Process (Doc ID 2134780.1)

Symptoms

While saving the "Assignment Process Results" page / "Payroll Process Results" page, after deleting the record, the following error appear:
FRM-40815:Variable GLOBAL G_ASSIGNMENT_ACTION_ID does not exist.

Steps to Reproduce:
Case1:
1. Login under UK HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to "View Assignment Process"
3. Search for any employee
4. Delete any line item let say a Quickpay / Payroll run / Prepayment / Cheque writer / Payslip generation - self service and save the changes
5. Notice the error message: FRM-40815:Variable GLOBAL G_ASSIGNMENT_ACTION_ID does not exist.

Case2:
1. Login under UK HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to "Payroll Process Results"
3. Search for any payroll and any valid period for which process exists for an employee
4. Delete any line item let say a Quickpay / Payroll run / Prepayment / Cheque writer / Payslip generation - self service and save the changes
5. Notice the error message: FRM-40815:Variable GLOBAL G_ASSIGNMENT_ACTION_ID does not exist.
