Symptoms

Problem Statement
When attempting to perform Direct Ship,
the following error occurs.

Error
Database error occurred. Error loading LPN

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Oracle Mobile > Direct Ship > Load Truck
  2. Enter Dock Door
  3. Enter LPN
  4. Click "Continue/Ship"
