Audit Trail Is Not Displaying Data For Per_pay_proposals Table (Doc ID 2136127.1)

On :  12.2.4 version, Production, 17909898 R12.HR_PF.C.delta.5

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Setup Audit Trail on per_pay_proposals table.
Find that even after changing salary basis on one assignment, the audit report  shows no data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation are that after setting up audit trail for per_pay_proposals and changed made in employee salary to be reflected in the audit table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1) Navigate to System Administrator> Audit Trail> Install> Enabled Audit for HR
Step 2) Open Audit Groups>  Add a new Audit Group  for  PER_PAY_PROPOSALS table
Step 3) Open Audit Tables>  Add the column PROPOSED_SALARY_N in  PER_PAY_PROPOSALS table
Step 4) Run the concurrent Program “AuditTrail Update Tables”
Step 5) Navigate to People: Enter and maintain  and add  the basic salary for an employee.
Step 6) Run report: Audit trail Report for Audit Group Validation with parameters: Audit group name: Basic Salary

The salary change is not captured in the file
