Symptoms
The Customer is reporting that they are unable to link two shipments together using the Link Shipments Action. When trying to do this, they encounter the following error:
Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose Shipments to link
2. Select shipments in Shipment Finder
3. Go to: Actions/Operational Planning/Manage Continuous Move/Link Shipments
