When attempting to reverse the termination for an employee, the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-PAY-07179: DateTrack update not allowed for a record which started today

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. People > Enter and Maintain

2. Others

3. End Employment > Reverse terminate
