Oracle IProcurement Requisitions Not Appearing In Receiving Tab (Doc ID 2137426.1)

Goal

After clicking on the Receiving tab in iProcurement , requisitions do not appear in the Requisitions to Receive region, however they appear on the full list.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login iProcurement
2. Go to Receiving Page and query or view receipts


Other steps to reproduce include:

1. Navigate to the iProcurement Responsibility.
2. Click on Receiving tab.
3. Change Search Attribute dropdown to "Find by Requisition Number"
4. Enter a requisition number in the Search Value field and press the GO button.  The search results are blank.

OR

1. Navigate to the iProcurement Responsibility.
2. Click on the Receiving tab.
3. Click on Receive Items link.
4. Choose Next 30 Days in the Items Due field.
5. Click Go button.  The search results are blank.
