Collaboration not created while approving PO - Inbound xml failing for the same
 
The XML GATEWAY Setup has:
PO--PRO--OAG--PO--PROCESS--itg_process_po_007_out(Map Name)
PO--ACKPO-- OAG--PO--ACKNOWLEDGE--CLN_PO_ACKPO_OAG72_IN(Map Name)

When the acknowledgements are coming from the suppliers , we found the following error:

ECX Error Type 25
ECX Error Message Inbound ACKPO for ( PO = 10000 ), (Release no = 222), (Revision no= 3) failed with error : Collaboration Not Found For Application reference ID :
<host>:oracle.apps.po.event.xmlpo:<id>.
ECX Return Code 2

In addition it was found that the record for PO creation is missing from the CLN_COLL_HIST_HDR table , but the Process PO outbound xml was generated in the ecx_doclogs table.

The issue is happening only when the PR released from Planning (VCP).

Requisition is converted into PO using create PO and PO approved. But no data in the table CLN_COLL_HIST_HDR.

If the same release id revised the then the table has data.
