Symptoms

The Subledger Accounting for Projects process has following error, Accounting Program - Reversal Events are not processing:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run XLAACCUP module: Accounting Program or run PRC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period report.
