The PONPBLSH workflow errors out when supplier is assigned with additional email in the RFQ. The error message is:

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Create new RFQ

2. While adding suppliers, enter e-mail address in Additional Contact Email column 

3. Publish the RFQ

4. When the RFQ is published a new WF is launched for WF item type PONPBLSH. Review workflow status, it shows the following error:

Error message:
