iProcurement Punchout Gets Error: Item Was Not Added To Cart. It Is Invalid For Your Organization (Doc ID 2139140.1)

Symptoms

While attempting to checkout for an item for specific organizations we get the following error.

ERROR:

Item was not added to cart. It is invalid for your organization. Contact purchasing administrator.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login and navigate to iProcurement
2. Select Punchout
3. Search item
4. Add to Cart
5. Return to iProcurement (IP) with the following error: Item was not added to cart. It is invalid for your organization. Contact purchasing administrator.
6. Log on with different legal entity iProcurement responsibility, repeat the same steps, same error: Item was not added to cart. It is invalid for your organization. Contact purchasing administrator.
7. Log on with different legal entity iProcurement responsibility, repeat the same steps, same error: Item was not added to cart. It is invalid for your organization. Contact purchasing administrator.
8. Log on with different legal entity iProcurement responsibility, repeat the same steps, able to add the item and return to cart.
