Symptoms

While running the Customer merge for two accounts while using Multiple Organization Access Control (MOAC), the process ends with the following error message in the log:

MSG-00001: HZ_DQM_SYNC.stage_account_merge error - ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small 28-FEB-2016 10:03:02
MSG-00001: ARP_CMERGE_MASTER.delete_rows : ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small 28-FEB-2016 10:03:02
MSG-00100: 100 processing error
MSG-00100: processing_error
MSG-00100: ARP_CMERGE_MASTER.reset_merge_rows()+28-FEB-2016 10:03:02


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Trading Community Manager
2. Navigation: Data Quality Management > Account Merge
3. Populate the To and From accounts > Run the Merge > Review the output log and notice the error message
