RAXMRG: Customer Merge while using MOAC ends in ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, CDM Merge, In Production While running the Customer merge for two accounts while using Multiple Organization Access Control (MOAC), the process ends with the following error message in the log:

STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Responsibility: Trading Community Manager 2. Navigation: Data Quality Management > Account Merge 3. Populate the To and From accounts > Run the Merge > Review the output log and notice the error message
