Restricted Party Uploaded via CSV Not Screening The Parties (Doc ID 2141445.1)

Symptoms

When performing Restricted Party Screening and clicking on match after entering the company details, the application is not able to find the party that is available in the Restricted Party
This issue is only happening when Restricted Party is created via CSV upload. If Restricted Party is created via User Interface, this issue is not seen
