Symptoms

When attempting to access assignment form of an employee the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-PAY-06346: This person does not have a current periods of service


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. HRMS Manager
  2. People: enter and maintain> assignment
  3. error occurs
