On E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Technology Stack, Oracle Access Manager issues

Oracle Access Manager (OAM) E-Business Suite instance registration Script fails with:

WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly

The issue occurs when integrating Oracle Access Manager 11gR2 with Ebus 12.2 using the following document:
