Goal

In document Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2: Consolidated List of Patches and Technology Bug Fixes <Note: 1594274.1>, trying to download the Fusion Middleware (FMW) version of <Patch: 22288381>
Searching the patch repository for 22288381 returns 2 Products to choose from:

1. Oracle Global Lifecycle Management Test to Production
2. Oracle Fusion Middleware

Doing a Fusion Middleware upgrade, select the 2nd option, but when doing so, getting the following error:

This Patch is Obsolete. It cannot be Downloaded.
Reason uploaded against incorrect product id

Is it okay to use the first one (Oracle Global Lifecycle Management Test to Production) which downloads okay?
