When Terminating a Person, Get Error - "FRM-40735: ON-ERROR Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-01001" on End Employment Form (Doc ID 2144617.1)

When terminating a person, the following error occurs on End Employment form:

ERROR
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility : XX HRMS Manager.

2. Select : People > Enter & Maintain.

3. Query for the person>Click on Others > End Employment.

4. Select the Termination Reason.

5. Enter the Termination Dates.

6. Click on Termination Button.

7. Get the error.
