ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When editing a remark text on an order release with a large amount of text, the edit field is small and the scroll bar must be used to edit the text line by line. This functionality is not easy to the user and prone to mistakes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the edit text field be bigger.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Order Management -> Order Release -> Order Release
2. Search for and select to edit an order release (ensure the order release has an existing remark text that has a large amount of text)
3. Go to the Remarks tab
4. Click the pencil icon to edit the remark text
5. The edit text field is small and the scroll bar must be used to edit the entire text.
