While using the Items Open Interface (IOI) with the following used for the insert statement into MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE: item, description, organization, template, primary uom, transaction type='CREATE',process_flag=1,set_process_id=1000

The following error is received:

Argument 7 (MODE) = 1
Argument 8 (Gather Stats) = 1
