Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3,
OPatch errors while applying Patch 19434967: MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF 10.1.2.3.2 PSU with:
OPatch found the word "error" in stderr, please look into it.
You may have to run the make again.
