R12 Unable to Import Transactions by WebADI since the Transaction Source List of Values (LOV) has No Value and Project Number is Blank. (Doc ID 2145708.1)

When importing transactions by using WebADI the following issue occurs:

Transaction Source LOV is not displaying any value and the Project Number is not populated

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. PA Manager > Projects: Spreadsheet > Uncosted Labor Transactions

2. Select Viewer: Excel 2010 > Next > Create Document > Save As > Save the the document as Excel file

3. Open the Excel file > Confirmation: Your document has been created > Click on the X button of the Download window

4. On the Excel file > for Transaction Source list of values is not displaying any value and the Project Number is not populated
