Symptoms
When attempting to delete a Payment Term Template that is not currently used by any lease,
the following error occurs:
Cannot delete primary record when matching detail records exists
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query a Payment Term Template that is not in use.
2. Click the red X icon to attempt to delete.
3. Message received: Cannot Delete Primary Record When Matching Detail Records Exists
Due to this issue, users cannot delete some unnecessary Payment Term Templates.
