Actual Behavior
In the Transact Move Order form (INVTOTRX), no allocation is created for a move order created by min-max planning when the Allocate button is clicked.

Expected Behavior
Expect move orders created by min-max planning to allocate when the Allocate button is clicked.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run min-max planning to create replenishment move orders
2. Navigate to Move Orders > Transact Move Orders
3. Query the replenishment move order
4. Click Allocate
