Symptoms

Iin the process of upgrading instance to 12.2.5, apply patch 19676458 (12.2.5) and check patch log file shows error message for purchasing module shows:

- [ERROR] Revised column PO.PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_INTERFACE.TASK#1 is not populated by a crossedition trigger. To avoid data loss, apply a corrective patch in the same online patching cycle or abort the online patching cycle
