Profile: Flexfields: Hierarchy Security LOV V122
Goal
For Descriptive Flexfield, have defined 2800 contexts, but only 2358 are enabled,
which is near the threshold limit. When over that amount, compiling from the form generates the error:

FDFVGN: Flexfield View Generator
/orpogpe1/erpapp/appl/fnd/12.0.0/bin/FNDFFVGN
Program was terminated by signal 11
---------------
Same error when run from the command line:
$FND_TOP/bin/FNDFFVGN apps/<appspwd> 0 Y 3 660 OE_LINE_ATTRIBUTES
When run from adadmin, then it compiles fine.
