When applying patch:HR_PF.B RUP9（21980909）, the following error can occur in the file ghrppln.ldt

ERROR

Error loading seed data for GHR_PAY_PLANS: PAY_PLAN = PI, ORA-02291: integrity constraint (HR.GHR_PAY_PLANS_FK1) violated - parent key not found
