On : 12.1.3 version, Project Definition

After applied Patch 14320908:R12.PJC.B --  P2P:CONSOLIDATED CRITICAL CODEFIX PATCH, the following issue occurs:

When attempting to create new projects from project template,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"CREATE DRAFT BUDGET FOR NEW PROJECT WITH BUDGET TYPE OF AC" ---- if created in Projects form (PAXPREPR.fmb)

"Create draft budget for new pr." --- if created on SSWA.


-Error occurs on both Form and SSWA.
-It happens with multiple project templates.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

On Projects form:
1. Created a new project from project template
Entered values in quick entry:
project number
project name
Prime Contract #
Project Start Date
Project Finish Date
Organization
Project Manager
PRODUCT LINE

Click OK and get error:
"CREATE DRAFT BUDGET FOR NEW PROJECT ### WITH BUDGET TYPE OF AC"
