Username And Password Are Required Again When Switching To Full Site From The OTM Mobile Application (Doc ID 2148541.1)

Goal

Currently, when we switch to the OTM Full Site from mobile application, the application is asking for a username and password again.  The following steps are performed:

1.  Login to OTM Mobile Application
2.  Click the Springboard Menu to expand the menu
3.  Click on Full Site and OTM is opened in a new mobile browser window at the login screen.

 

Why do we have to provide the user name and password to access the full site? Is there a way, that we can login to the full site browser using mobile application without having to provide the username and password?
