On Oracle Applications 12.2.3, Submitted reports are failing with the following error:
Able to submit a report in Report Manager, However, it is taking quite a long time for the monitor Request screen to display. When it does, we click on Monitor Request and
again it is taking so long that we get the Authentication Failed error. (application appears to be timing out)
Able to access the report via the concurrent request as a workaround.
Significant performance impact with the timeouts and hanging for critical reports.
No known changes.
